In November 2020, Fair Oaks Water District (FOWD) launched a new FOWD Billing and Payment Service Portal, powered by Invoice Cloud. 

Once registered, this service allows customers to have a virtual dashboard for viewing their water account.  Customers can set up AutoPay with their preferred payment method, review account balances, view and print water bills, and select paperless billing.  

Starting July 1, 2022, credit and debit card payments made to FOWD will incur a 2.95% fee from Invoice Cloud.  The service provider charges this fee which will be directly passed on to the user.

(We are pleased to inform you that payments made through e-check (ACH/bank draft) are free of charge.)

AutoPay

Even better – don’t worry about paying your bill manually!  Enroll in AutoPay.  Your bills will be automatically paid on the due date of each billing cycle, using your checking or credit card. 

Login to your account and click on AutoPay to enroll.

Scheduling Payments

You choose when to pay. Scheduled payments are individual payments that you schedule for any date you designate before the bill due date. The date of a scheduled payment can be changed as long as it is adjusted before the date scheduled.

Paperless Billing

Reduce paper clutter and the need to file or shred documents. Go paperless to receive bills, reminders, and receipts via email. You will receive an email notification each time a new bill is ready for you to view and pay.
