Fair Oaks Water District Board of Directors
The Fair Oaks Water District (FOWD) is led by a five-member Board of Directors who is elected to four-year, staggered terms by Fair Oaks’ registered voters; as well as the FOWD General Manager. Each Director represents a different division within the FOWD service territory. Please check this map to determine the FOWD Director that represents your region.
On the second Monday of each month beginning at 6:30 p.m., the FOWD Board of Directors conducts meetings to set policy, direction and make decisions regarding district-related issues.
FOWD Board of Directors Workshops are sometimes held on the first Thursday of the month regarding specific topics that need extensive review or discussion. Such workshops also begin at 6:30 p.m.
All Board of Directors meetings and workshops are open to the public, and take place at the Fair Oaks Water District Office conference room. We encourage you to attend! If you have any questions or would like more information about an upcoming Board meeting, please send an e-mail to
